Who’s ready for a DINO-mite birthday card? 🦕💖 This bright and cheerful card features the Darling Dinos Bundle and some brand-new Online Exclusives from Stampin’ Up! such as the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder and the Pack Your Bags Three Pack Twine. Plus, I used a unique popped up panel layout to make it extra special! Keep reading for all the details and a video for step-by-step instructions!

✅ Darling Dinos Bundle – The cutest dino stamps and coordinating dies!
✅ Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder – Adds amazing texture to the background.
✅ Pack Your Bags Twine – A perfect finishing touch.
✅ Rainbow Adhesive Back Dots – Because every card needs a little embellishing!
✅ Stampin’ Blends in Granny Apple Green/Shaded Spruce, Azure Afternoon/Fresh Freesia, and Pretty in Pink/Calypso Coral for smooth blending!

Fun Popped Up Panel Layout: A Unique Twist!

This isn’t your typical card—here’s how I created the popped up panel effect:

📏 Card Base: Start with a 4-1/4” x 11” piece of cardstock, scored at 5-1/2”.
✂️ Modify the Front Panel: Cut the front panel in half at 2-3/4” and turn it sideways to create the pop-up effect!
🌟 Decorate & Assemble: Layer your stamped & die-cut dinos, add textured details with the Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, and finish with twine and embellishments!

💡 Pro Tip: This layout is a great way to add dimension and interest while still fitting in a standard envelope!

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 451- Colour Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a beautiful Colour Challenge. I used the Humble Home stamp set and punch bundle, from Stampin’ Up! Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 411 – Inspiration Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a very seasonally spring Inspiration Challenge. Our design team have created some fresh cards so, head over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments page to view them all and then join the challenge.

Here is my card created using the adorable Playing In The Rain bundle by Stampin’ Up!. I also used the soon to be retiring Rain or Shine DSP and a piece of Textured 12X12 Shimmer Paper.

This set is so great because the dies cut out the stamped images as well as the sweet, and sometimes glossy images in the DSP. Below is a list of supplies that I used to create this card. You’ll want to get your hands on this DSP asap as it will no longer be available after May 1st.

Hippest Hippos SAB Card

Every Wednesday morning at 9am(-ish) Pacific Time I craft LIVE on FB and You Tube. This week I am unfortunately needing to go to work – so I went live on Tuesday morning instead. If you didn’t catch my video this morning you can see the card I created below. It was created using the (soon to be gone) Sale-a-bration Hippest Hippos stamp set, Hippo Dies and the Silver & Gold DSP.

I love this colour combo and you can find it ( plus some Pacific Point) in the Fine Sparkle Gems pack. This card is extra special too because it is a 2 for one card. You get a space to write and a smaller space for a gift card. Below is an image of the inside of the card.

It was created using the Ringed With Nature Bundle and the fabulous Gold & Silver 6X6 Sale-a-bration DSP. The fold I used for this card was one that I learned at my recent Stamping Team Meeting.

Celebrate Sunflowers Double Pocket Card

Every Wednesday morning I go live on FB and You Tube to create something using the Stampin’ Up! product that I am featuring that week. Today I focused on the beautiful Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set and Sunflower Dies. The base of the card is made from the Heart & Home 12X12 DSP found in the Stampin’ Up! Jan – June 2022 Mini Catalogue.

The card base is actually made of DSP and is folded in such a way that it creates a sturdy card with 2 pockets. I put a Tailor Made Tag in the front pouch and plan to use the inside one for a gift card.

Check out my video below to find out how I created this Double Pocket Card. I learned this fold from a 2012 Patty Bennett video – this fold is an oldie, but a goodie. I also have a supply list below.
