Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 422 – SketchChallenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a tri-panel Sketch Challenge. I used the brand-new ( being released Sept 6th) Merriest Trees Bundle (stamp set and dies) to create mine. Our design team have created wonderful cards using this sketch so, head over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments page to view them all and then join the challenge.

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 410 – Colour Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a soft and beautiful Colour Challenge. Our design team have created some gorgeous cards Fresh Freesia, Pear Pizzazz and Balmy Blue. Head over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments page to view them all and then join the challenge.

Here is my card created using the new Online Exclusives – Rhino Ready bundle. I also used the Tea Boutique 6X6 DSP and Country Gingham 6X6 DSP.

I absolutely adore this rhino set – they are so fun and cute. Below is a list of supplies that I used to create this card. Irresistible Blooms Card – GDP384

The sun is finally shining (here in Port Coquitlam) and I’m ready to get out in the garden. While I wait for the warmth of the afternoon I got into my craft room. The card I created today featured the Irresistible Blooms bundle from the new Online Exclusive products!! I used the Global Design Project challenge #384 for my layout.

I used a slightly differnt colour pallette than the Hello, Irresistible DSP. I added Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather and Fresh Freesia to go with the Pretty Peacock DSP background. I love the purples!

In the video I also showed you my original card design – it was nearly identical except for colours. I used Pear Pizzazz ink for the leaves and Flirty Flamingo ink for the blooms.

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 409 – Sketch Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a unique Sketch Challenge. Our design team have created some beautiful cards using a variety of different ways to create the cool arch in the background. Head over to the Hand Stamped Sentiments page to view them all and then join the challenge.

Here is my card created using the new Online Exclusives – Irresistible Blooms bundle. I also used the Hello, Irresistible 6X6 DSP and 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds.

I created the arch on my card using the Stitched Rectangles and a circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I die cut the rectangle first, then fed it through the circle so it would only cut half. The flowers were stamped with Bermuda Bay and then coloured in with Bermuda Bay Ink on a blending brush. The leaves were the same process using Pool Party Ink. Happy March 1st!!! I really can’t believe that spring is around the corner (as it snows here in Port Coquitlam, BC – very strange). Stampin’ Up! has made this day bright though by releasing some new Online Exclusive products!!

Here’s another great card with the new Enjoy the Journey Suite. It was inspired by the TGIF Challenge (#tgifc403)

I love the colours in the card and really wanted to showcase the beauty of the DSP in the suite.
