Hello, crafty friends!

I had so much fun creating with the February 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Hello Spring! This kit is perfect for welcoming the fresh, bright colors of spring, and I couldn’t resist making a few alternative cards to show you how versatile it is.

In my recent Paper Pumpkin Live, I shared three alternative card designs featuring a mix of kit elements and extra supplies to step up the creativity. If you missed it, don’t worry—you can catch the replay here:

Here are the three alternate cards I created.

💌 Happy Easter – A fresh and airy design with Lost Lagoon cardstock, delicate stamping, and Brushed Brass Butterflies to embellish. BONUS – the butterflies are a Sale-a-bration freebie (with a $75 purchase) from now until Feb 28th!

🌿 Layered Greenery – A nature-inspired look using Old Olive cardstock and layered textures for depth. It is also a gift card holder!

Fun with Fruit Salad DSP & With You In Mind

This week’s Wednesday Live was all about bright, cheerful designs featuring the Fruit Salad 6×6 DSP and the versatile With You In Mind stamp set. I had so much fun putting together three fresh and fun cards, and I hope they inspire your next crafting session!

🍉 Thank You Card – This card has all the summer vibes with its playful watermelon pattern! Paired with bold stamping and a pop of heart accents, it’s a sweet way to show gratitude.

🌼 Thinking of You Card – A mix of vibrant colors, delicate floral details, and a beautifully scripted sentiment make this card a perfect way to let someone know they’re on your mind.

A Happy Hibiscus Card Tutorial!

Hi, friends!

I wanted to let you know there won’t be a live video today as I’m spending time with family. Thank you for your understanding! I’ll be back soon to share more crafty inspiration and fun projects with you.

In the meantime, I’m excited to share this beautiful card I created using the online-exclusive Happy Hibiscus stamp set and hybrid embossing folder. This set is packed with tropical vibes and stunning details, perfect for adding a touch of sunshine to your projects!

Card Details

Here’s a closer look at the card:

The vibrant hibiscus flower is the star of this card, complemented by the intricate embossed background created with the hybrid embossing folder. I used a bright color palette to bring the tropical theme to life, but you can customize it to fit your style!

To create this card – emboss a 4″ X 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White with the Happy Hibiscus embossing folder and a ttach to the Thick Basic White cardbase. Then die cut and emboss two of the flowers using the hybrid dies. Add Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo Ink to the cut outs using sponge daubers and/or blending brushes.

Then use a blending brush to add Balmy Blue Ink to a Greetings of the Season tag die cut. Stamp the sentiment in Balmy Blue and attach the flowers around it. Add the twine to the top and use Dimensionals to attach the tag to the card front. Finally, embellish with Iridescent Pearls. This is a simple card to create and you can have so much fun switching up the colours.

November 2024 – Paper Pumpkin – Filled With Joy ( and alternative cards)

This month’s Paper Pumpkin – Filled With Joy – creates 8 cute stockings with tags. In the video below I created the kit tag and stocking as well as 3 alternative cards and an alternate tag. Scroll down and you will find photos of the alternative cards that I created using the stamp set from the Paper Pumpkin kit and the Merry Tags and More Dies that are this quarter’s add-on pack. You’ll also find a full list of supplies I used.

Here are the three alternate cards I created.

I also used the Merry Tags and More add-on dies ( that actually coordinates not just with this Paper Pumpkin kit, but the Ocotber, November and Decmber kits!) to create this fun tag.
