This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a classic Sketch Challenge. Now that the Christmas rush is winding down – we have a wide variety of themes in the cards created by our design team – check them all out and then join the challenge.

Here is mine created using the Nothing’s Better Than stamp set.

I used the fun, very retro – Santa Express 12X12 DSP ( which is on sale for only $9.90CAD, while supplies last).

Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop – November 2022

It’s the 14th of the month – time for another Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop!

This month we are CASEing the Catty ( Mini and/or Annual). Some of us have completely cased the cards, others have done it with a spin.

My card was inspired by a Merriest Moments card on p. 23 of the Stampin’ Up! mini Jul – Dec 2022 catalogue. The original was a slimline card, so I compressed it to a standard card base. I love the look of the Blushing Bride and stamped off Sweet Sorbet next to the Shaded Spruce and Mint Macaron.

This DSP is a huge 48 sheet pack that you can get as a host DSP and is only available with Stampin’ Rewards (ask me for more details on how you can get it). The stamp set has coordinating dies and a hybrid embossing folder. I used those to create the vellum leaf accents.

Christmas Scottie Card

Who doesn’t love a cute doggie card? The Christmas Scottie stamp set is perfect for creating holiday cards. I was inspired by the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge (#FMS557)

This little doggie is so cute and it’s easy to create a box of any colour or size to add onto him. I paired him up with the fantastic Santa Express 12×12 DSP. It actually escaped my attention at first – but I am so glad to have the fun stripes, spots, snowflakes and sentiments in my crafting stash.
