Ready to stretch your creativity with a single layout? In my April 2025 edition of “1 Layout / 3 Cards,” I used the same basic structure to create three completely different looks! The sketch is from page 22 of the Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalogue. I also have a printable version for you below.

Here’s a closer look at the three cards I created:

✨ A graduation Congratulations card with classic blues and stars featuring the online exclusive School Days stamp set

🌸 A soft floral Thoughtful Expressions design using Naturally Gilded Specialty Designer Series Paper

🦀 A fun Ocean Friends crab card with beachy textures and playful bubbles

Each one showcases how you can change the look with colours, themes, and embellishments—while sticking to one easy card layout.

Ocean Friends Crabby Thank You Card

This week’s Facebook/You Tube Live was full of underwater charm as I featured the Last Chance Ocean Friends bundle in a fun thank-you card inspired by the Global Design Project Challenge #491 – the theme is Ocean! 🌊

🌟 Card Details:

This bright and cheerful design combines 2024–2026 In Colors with a few old favourites to create a layered, sea-inspired look. Here’s what I used:

Stamp Set & Dies: Ocean Friends Bundle (Retiring – Last Chance!)
Colours:
- Card Base: Summer Splash
- Coral: Petunia Pop
- Crabs: Azure Afternoon (2-step stamping)
- Sea Stars: Peach Pie
- Background Arch: Night of Navy (leftover from a previous card – love when scraps come in handy!)
Sentiment: “Thanks so much” stamped in Night of Navy
Extra touches: Bubble stamps and seaweed add that fun ocean floor feel!

This card would be perfect to thank someone for a beach day, a seafood dinner invite, or just to brighten someone’s day with a smile.

🧼 Tip of the Day:

The 2-step stamping technique works beautifully with solid images like these crabs – it gives the critters more personality and dimension!
