Cozy Fall Inspiration with Amber Autumn – HSS #474

As soon as I saw the Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge #474 board, I knew I wanted to feature the Amber Autumn Bundle. Its classic pumpkins, gourds, and foliage perfectly capture the cozy, layered textures and rich colours of fall shown in the challenge images.

This card combines the Amber Autumn bundle with the soon-to-be-released Vellum Basics (available November 1st — or you can get it early by joining my Stampin’ Up! team and adding it to your starter kit today!)

The background features the textured Need for Tweed DSP, and the metallic leaves are die-cut from the Earthen Tones Metallic Specialty Paper — a subtle shimmer that complements the soft fabric look perfectly.

I just wanted to share a heartfelt Happy Thanksgiving to you all! My crafting community means a lot to me and I ‘m so glad you are a part of it!

If you are in Canada I hope you are enjoying a lovely long weekend – I willa ctually be celebrating next weekend with the whole family ( including my sisters new in-laws!). It will be a great time for meeting new family and celebrating with all.

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 449- Sketch Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a unique Sketch Challenge. I used the Nests of Winter DSP and the Winterly Treetops stamp set, both from Stampin’ Up! Add All to Cart

Take a 5-½” X 12” piece of Very Vanilla CS, score it at 4-¼”, 7-¼” & 10-¼”.
On the 4-1/4” section of the card base – add two score lines, 1-1/4” and 1-3/8” then use those as a guide to add leaf embossing to the edge.
Glue a 2-¾” X 5-¼” piece of Naturally Gilded DSP to the inside fold that faces front and glue a 1-½” X 5-¼” embossed piece of Very Vanilla CS to the front flap.
Stamp sentiment on the Very Vanilla tag using Pretty Peacock Ink – ensure the tag hole is to the right.
Run ribbon through the tag hole and across the back of the tag. Use two Dimensionals on the back of the left side of the tag to attach it to the front flap of the card. Tie the ribbon in a bow on the right side of the card. Trim ends if needed, but not too short!
Use Versamark to stamp 3 leaves on the Pretty Peacock sheet, then heat emboss using Gold embossing powder. Die cut and glue to the card front (have the leaves hang slightly off the edges of the tag and the front folds.
Embellish with Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems.

Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge # 448- Colour Challenge

This week’s Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge is a fantastic Colour Challenge. I used the adorable Birds Eye View stamp set paired with the Online Exclusive Iconic Imagery stamp set and DSP, both from Stampin’ Up! Christmas Season Online Card Class

Once a month I hold an online card class. How it works is I create 3 cards for you live and then for the next 3 days anyone who places a $65+cad order using my host code will receive the make’n’take kit and printable pdf to create the 3 cards. Orders over $100 will also receive a free embellishment. This month I featured the Christmas Season stamp set and the Seasonal Labels Dies. I also added in the Christmas to Remember sentiment stamp set. In addition to the card class and the ordering special, I also have a door prize draw.
